As with any law firm, experience and competence are decisive for the types of assignments we undertake, and we cannot offer help in all types of matters. However, we can offer professional and cost-effective support in our areas of expertise.

We always work with the client's business and business goals in sight. Our experience in commercial law is broad and we work with most legal issues that evolve in companies' everyday lives and offer cutting-edge expertise for IT-intensive businesses. In addition to general business law, we specialise in legal support to start-ups, data protection and fintech. We also have extensive experience of legal support to the public sector, both with regard to more traditional government law and with regard to the authorities' competitive activities.

Research and analysis

As is the case with regard to our legal services, experience and competence are of course decisive for the types of research and analysis assignments and that we undertake.

In short, we mainly work with different types of slightly larger research project and analysis that place demands on both implementation and results. Our efforts often include questions about methodology, data collection, statistical processing and other analysis or compilations and presentations of results. We can participate in one or more phases of a project or, depending on the sise of the project, be responsible for everything from the entire lifecycle of a project.
